Bespoke Retail Neon Signage: Precision Contours for Artisan Ice Cream Branding

The artisan brand IJssalon den Eelder required a high-end interior neon centerpiece that harmonized modern aesthetics with their traditional identity. The project demanded a perfect recreation of their iconic "ice cream cone" graphic and sophisticated serif typography.

To achieve professional-grade retail branding, we faced two primary engineering challenges:

• The Cross-Joint Intersection: The base of the ice cream cone involved a critical cross-shaped intersection. Standard assembly often results in clunky overlaps or dark spots at the junction.

• Micro-Corner Typography: The secondary "den Eelder" text required precision neon bending within an extremely tight radius. Standard LED neon flex lacks the flexibility to handle such acute angles without losing font integrity.

1. Cross-shaped Seamless Connection: Leveraging our proprietary milling technique, we created a nested structure for the silicone strips. This ensured a 360-degree uniform glow with zero visible shadows at the intersection, maintaining a fluid and continuous silhouette.

1. HD UV Hybrid Background: We utilized high-definition UV printing on the acrylic backboard to perfectly match the brand’s specific corporate blue. This "Hybrid" approach ensures the sign remains vibrant and readable even when unlit during daylight hours.

2. 10mm Precision Cutting & Bending: By utilizing our 10mm cutting-unit technology, our master craftsmen hand-contoured the "den Eelder" text to achieve 99% design fidelity. Each segment was finished with Professional End Cap Treatment to prevent light leakage and ensure long-term durability.

The final signage delivered a "polished" aesthetic that standard neon suppliers simply cannot reach.
