To start a claim: Contact sales@top-atom.com with order number, video of fault, and photos.
Transit Damage: Report within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video and package photos. Free replacement provided upon validation.
Order Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins (typically within 4 hours of order placement).
Refunds: Issued at VASTEN's discretion only in exceptional cases where replacement is impossible.
- Handcrafted Nature: Slight variations in shape, color, or size (±1-2 cm) may occur. This is normal and not a defect.
- Color Accuracy: Colors on screen may differ slightly from the final product due to monitor calibration.
- Glue Marks: Small amount of clear glue is used to fix the strip to the backboard. Minor residue is normal.
- Operational Noise: Some signs may produce a faint electronic hum from the power supply – this is normal.
- Indoor Use Only: This sign is not waterproof. Do not expose to rain, humidity, or moisture.
